Normal?

Had the day set aside for getting back into my usual routine.  I don't really know what my "usual routine" is, but I guess I wanted to spend the day getting my house, car and horns back in order so I can feel normal for the next couple of months.  Once my teaching schedule heats up again, I will be driving here, sleeping there, getting in late, leaving early, so I like to have things mostly lined up around the house.  I don't know, maybe I never really have things lined up.

Anyway, I had a to-do list for the day and I got done about half the stuff on it.  Didn't take down my Christmas tree or pay my electric bill, but I did practice a little (not enough) and run some errands, including two different banks, paying my rent, and picking up a cheap plastic cup to shape my recycled candles, since I broke my other one last week.  I spent a good part of the afternoon TRAPPED on my recliner, with two sleepy cats curled on my chest and legs.  I couldn't possibly do anything but read and eat edamame.

What did I eat?  Well, lunch was leftovers from last night, and dinner was some angel hair pasta with marinara sauce souped up with fresh tomatoes, peppers and onions.  I am obsessed with clementines now, and I mentioned the edamame.  I also ate some Rice Divine organic faux ice cream--key lime pie flavor.  That was pretty awesome.

Tried to get a video of my cat, Lily, twitching in her sleep (she sleeps with her eyes open), but instead I got this video of a spectacular yawn.
