  2. They're very peanut buttery. I dislike store-bought "peanut butter" cookies because they taste like sugar (or plastic) with a hint of peanut-flavor. The recipe only makes 2-3 dozen little cookies--and that's if you can keep from eating the dough while you're working.

  3. I make these! but my recipe says to use Vanilla. I'm thinking that's the part I'm not too fond of. Maybe I'll try no vanilla and see what happens. The ARE very awesome though!!

  4. I forgot to mention that my peanut butter is the natural kind without any added sugar. That makes the cookies less sweet. They're still ridiculously sweet, to me, and I've thought about reducing the sugar in them to see what happens.

  5. Just a question... do yours come out kind of crumbly? I've thought about adding an extra egg to try to stop that, but I don't know what the effect would be...

  6. Oh and I have adapted my recipe for these to include less sugar, and I use the regular Jiff because... well... I'm no expert on "natural" stuff, lol. I was thinking the vanilla may have given it that after taste I didn't like much, but maybe it IS the crazy amount of sugar, lol.
